These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 5 Star Nerd website, services, and packages. By booking a demo, subscribing to a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

5 Star Nerd provides review collection, monitoring, management, and reputation services, including but not limited to:

• Review collection via email, SMS, QR codes, and NFC cards.

• Review monitoring across multiple platforms.

• Responding to reviews on your behalf.

• Analytics and performance reports.

• Display stands and branded materials as specified in your package.

2. Packages and Fees

• All services are subscription-based, billed weekly, plus a startup fee as listed on our website.

• Packages include Fast Track Package ($99/week, $199 startup), Boost Package ($75/week, $99 startup), and Checkout Package ($63/week, $99 startup).

• Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate business information for review management.

• You are responsible for ensuring your customers’ review data complies with applicable laws (e.g., privacy and data protection).

• You agree not to misuse the service for fake or misleading reviews.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are automatically billed on a weekly basis unless canceled.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing [email protected].

• Cancellation will stop future billings but does not refund past payments.

• 5 Star Nerd may terminate services if terms are violated or for misuse of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and materials provided by 5 Star Nerd remain our property.

• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use branded stands, cards, and coasters provided in your package.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 5 Star Nerd is not responsible for third-party review platform policies, changes, or removals of reviews.

• We do not guarantee specific results such as a set number of reviews or sales.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the last 30 days.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5 Star Nerd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Florida.
